EverbriteCONNECT™ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What are the main features of the LumiConsole powered by EverbriteCONNECT?

EverbriteCONNECT allows secure remote access to your sign to view LIVE sign health data, view/change LumiDigit pricing, view/schedule/change LumiText messages. This offers convenience for many customers who manage pricing and messaging for multiple locations from an offsite location, such as corporate office. Save money on costly service visits by being alerted to specific sign health issues on the dashboard, or more quickly, by opting in to receive health alerts via test or email.

Allows the Everbrite Technical Support team to connect to your sign remotely to provide quick and accurate diagnostic service.

Will I be charged recurring fees, like a Dashboard or Portal Access fee?

No, the LumiConsole purchase price includes access to all the features EverbriteCONNECT software provides.

Why is the LumiConsole more expensive than the previous console?

The LumiConsole offers a variety of new features, including remote control of the sign, as many of our customers set pricing and change messages for multiple locations. Although our console may be a bit more expensive than others at the time of sale, it costs less in the long run because we do not charge monthly or annual recurring access fees.

Do I have to use EverbriteCONNECT software or can I just use the console like before?

EverbriteCONNECT is the main operating software on the LumiConsole. It allows for more robust sign setting control than in the past. Because of this, we recommend that the console remain in Locked mode, requiring sign-in with an authorized user name and password. If you prefer to keep the console in Unlocked mode, refer to the Operator Manual to adjust settings.

It is not required that you use the EverbriteCONNECT portal or mobile app. These are optional convenience access points if you wish to change pricing or change messages remotely.

What is an EverbriteCONNECT Administrator and Operator?

EverbriteCONNECT allows for more robust sign setting control than in the past. Because of this, we recommend that the console remain in Locked mode, requiring sign-in by authorized users. Sign-in is required at the time of onsite activation, in order to initialize the LumiConsole. You will be required to designate and provide contact information for an Administrator and Operator.
